Anybody who has worked in this industry knows how it usually goes. The owner takes three vacations a year and still can't find the money for a raise. The movers carrying the furniture make a fraction of what the customer pays, and everybody on the truck knows it.
We Load started with a simple question. What if the movers owned the company? Take out the person at a desk taking a cut of every job and there is more left for the people doing the work, and less on the customer's bill. Same job. Fewer hands in the middle.
It changes how the work gets done. Pay movers like professionals and put their name on the company, and they work like it. Nobody is watching the clock. Nobody is treating your dresser like it belongs to a stranger. The person who stands to lose the most from a scratch is the one carrying the piece.
We Load is worker-owned & operated, established 2025. The plan is to keep adding owners, not employees.
We earned the reviews before we earned the name
Before we ever put our own name on a job, we spent years earning five-star reviews loading for other companies — flooring installers, restoration contractors, moving companies that trusted us with their customers. Hundreds of five-star moves later, we're available to the public directly: same standard, straight rates, no middleman markup.
We treat moving like a sport
Because done right, it is one. Load engineering is technique. Carrying a hutch down a switchback staircase is footwork. A sealed truck wall is a finished play. We warm up, we wrap everything, and we keep score — in reviews.
We guarantee our work
Federal law only requires movers to cover 60¢ per pound on interstate moves — a 100-pound dresser destroyed is worth $60 — and Idaho doesn't require local movers to guarantee even that. Our standard is simpler: if something is damaged on the job and We Load is at fault, we repair or replace it. Owners carry the furniture, so owners stand behind it.
