What we collect
When you ask for an estimate or book a job, we collect your name, phone number, email, the addresses involved, details about your move, and any photos or videos you send us. When you pay by card, the card is handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
To prepare your estimate, schedule and carry out your job, send you job-related messages, take payment, and handle any claim.
Text messages
If you agree to texts, we send messages about your estimate and job only. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties, except the service providers that deliver our messages.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run our business: our phone and texting provider, our payment processor, our email and calendar provider, and our website form provider. They may use it only to provide those services to us. We don't sell personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep job records, including signed agreements and photos, as business records. To ask us to delete your personal information, contact us. We keep records the law requires us to keep, and records tied to an open claim or unpaid balance.
