We Load

Moving help that shows up like it's game day

You rented the truck. Smart — that's the cheap part. Now get it loaded like a pro: padded, strapped, and stacked wall-tight so nothing shifts between here and there. We Load crews are the same owners who pack out flooring jobs and restoration sites for a living. Your sectional is not our first rodeo.

What's included

Pads & wrap technique

Every finished surface gets moving pads by default — not an upsell. Blanket-wrapped and shrink-wrapped so nothing rubs, dings, or scratches.

Dollies & straps

We bring the dollies and straps — no trip to the rental counter for gear.

Load engineering

Base, chowder, top load — every piece exactly where it belongs.

Floor protection

Neoprene runners on all hard flooring, Masonite over marble and granite, shoes off on light carpet — your floors look the same when we leave.

A storage unit, loaded tight

Clear floor, first tiers going in — heavy and square on the bottom.

The wall goes up — totes squared, stacked tight, nothing wasted.

Packed floor-to-ceiling and wall-tight — every inch earning its keep.

One rate. That's the list.

$100 /hr — 2-person crew

4-hour minimum on every job

  • Pads, wrap & dollies included
  • Floor protection included
  • No stair fees, no fuel surcharge
  • An owner is on every job

Travel time is charged on every job, both ways, at the crew's hourly rate, as its own line. It counts toward the 4-hour minimum.

On hourly jobs, two paid 15-minute crew breaks are billed on a day with more than 4 hours of work, and one on a day of 4 hours or less. Billed breaks count toward the minimum. If the crew works through a break, it is still billed. Lunch is never billed.
