What a pro load actually does
A load is a job for a qualified loader — not just an extra set of hands. The loader reads the whole load first: what's going on, in what order, what needs the most protection, and how the tiers get built so the wall holds. When something tricky comes up mid-load, a qualified loader is the one who solves it on the spot. That's who shows up on a We Load job.
Tiers
Heavy and square on the bottom, lighter up top — built in tiers so the load climbs to the ceiling without crushing anything.
Weight distribution
Balanced side to side and front to back so the truck drives straight and nothing tips.
Strap points
Straps at every tier so the wall stays a wall through every turn and bump.
Pad every touch point
Blankets and shrink wrap on every corner, edge, and face that another item could rub.
Containers & totes, stacked to hold

Travel time is charged on every job, both ways, at the crew's hourly rate, as its own line. It counts toward the 4-hour minimum.
On hourly jobs, two paid 15-minute crew breaks are billed on a day with more than 4 hours of work, and one on a day of 4 hours or less. Billed breaks count toward the minimum. If the crew works through a break, it is still billed. Lunch is never billed.
